FHF BOXING

FHF’s signature HIIT class. This class will get you in great shape! Coaches design different workouts that include bag work, calisthenics, foot work, boxing technique, defensive & offensive drills. Boxing is a fantastic aerobic exercise that will get your heart pumping. It can help lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can build lean muscle, decrease stress, increase strength, speed, hand-eye coordination, agility, endurance, and power.

FHF KICKBOXING

Get ready to reduce stress and burn calories with one of the best cardio exercises available! Take our high intensity interval training (HIIT) Kickboxing class for a combination of both plyometric and calisthenic exercises to create the most exciting workout. These exercises encourage your muscles to exert maximum force for short intervals of time. Our kickboxing classes are designed this way to not only build strength, but also to increase your overall muscle endurance.

KICKBOXING/BOXING & BELLS

Kickboxing & Bells, and Boxing & Bells are the ultimate combination classes using both the heavy bag for cardio and dumbbells or kettlebells for strength training. Studies show that doing a combination of the two is the BEST  for overall health, increasing lean muscle, and reducing body fat!

LEARN & BURN

This class will take you through skill and technique refinery, mastering each strike on the bag. You will have rounds of endurance, strength, and power where you will learn to control your velocity and force, finishing off with the ultimate boxing and bodyweight burnout.

DRILLS & SKILLS

Intermediate knowledge preferred. In this partner workout, you will learn how to strike the mitts with accuracy to perfect and refine your offensive and defensive form. You will also learn how to hold mitts for your partner, which is another great way to build muscular endurance and stamina.
